I coach men over 50 who've built a good life
— but somewhere along the way, lost themselves in it.
After decades of doing everything right, too many men find themselves drifting. Disconnected from purpose, from people, and from who they actually are. They don't need another productivity hack. They need to build a new identity.
That's what King of Me is about.
I built the Crown & Compass framework
to give men a clear map forward to their better selves
— to help them make the second half the best half of life.
If that sounds like where you are, Let's talk.

I'm in my early 60s, and I've rebuilt from the kind of losses most men don't talk about.
What I've learned is that sovereignty isn't something you're given — it's something you build.
This is a coaching, not therapy. The distinction matters.
Therapy looks backward. It helps you process and resolve what happened — the wounds, the patterns, the trauma still running your life from underneath. That work is real, important, and sometimes necessary before anything else can take hold.
Coaching looks forward. It builds on a foundation that's already stable enough to stand on.
The tools I share — identity work, the personal code, the orbit model, the practical frameworks for conflict and intimacy
— will land differently on a man who has done enough foundational work to actually be present in his own life.
If you're ready — if the past is largely behind you and you're looking for a framework to build forward — then let's get to work.
