Most men in their 50s have been running on autopilot so long they've stopped asking what they actually want. This is an hour to stop, look honestly at where you are, and leave with something specific — not more to think about.

Here's what happens
✦ 60 Minutes with Cody - just the two of us on Zoom
✦ An honest look at where you are and what's actually in the way
✦ A clear next step - something specific you can act on today
✦ No pitch, no upsell, just actionable ideas you can actually use
This call is for men who know something needs to change — in how they show up at home, how they think about their work, or just in how they feel walking through their own life. You don't need to have it figured out.
You just need to be willing to talk straight.
Sessions are available throughout the month, typically within 2 weeks of booking.
After payment you'll receive a short intake form and then I'll contact you, typically within 48 hours, to choose our time.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a focused conversation with someone who has been through this himself. It's not therapy — it's clarity.
What if I book and then feel stupid for doing it?
That feeling is exactly why you need the call. The men who hesitate most usually get the most out of it.
What happens after the call?
You walk away with a clear next step — something specific to act on. If it makes sense to keep working together, I'll mention it. No pressure either way.
Six weeks to stop reacting and start leading - your work, your relationships, your life.

I'm in my early 60s, and I've rebuilt from the kind of losses most men don't talk about.
What I've learned is that sovereignty isn't something you're given — it's something you build.
This is a coaching, not therapy. The distinction matters.
Therapy looks backward. It helps you process and resolve what happened — the wounds, the patterns, the trauma still running your life from underneath. That work is real, important, and sometimes necessary before anything else can take hold.
Coaching looks forward. It builds on a foundation that's already stable enough to stand on.
The tools I share — identity work, the personal code, the orbit model, the practical frameworks for conflict and intimacy
— will land differently on a man who has done enough foundational work to actually be present in his own life.
If you're ready — if the past is largely behind you and you're looking for a framework to build forward — then let's get to work.
